Home appliances and consumer electronics brand Haier has announced 83 new products. The products range from Wi-Fi enabled super silent washing machine to Google Certified bezel-less Smart LED TVs. 

This launch was in line with its plans to spearhead into the IoT market of the smart home appliances industry. Haier has put forth its 2020 vision to strengthen the commitment to the Indian market. 

With the expansion of its product portfolio to smart home solutions, the brand expects to continue its high growth momentum across categories. It is also determined to serve the growing customer base efficiently across India.

Some of the key Haier smart home appliances powered by IoT & AI included Android and Google Certified Smart LED TVs, Wi-Fi enabled washing machines, the new clean cool range of Air Conditioners with the largest indoor unit and smart refrigerators with an in-built LED screen installed in the door, among others.

The company has over 539 service centres at over 19,000 pin codes across India. It strives to further strengthen its customer base through a substantial retail network of format stores, multi-brand outlets across India.

The ‘Face Identification Feature’ for its Engineer Mobile Application thus ensuring greater customer satisfaction and enhanced security by enabling the identification of on-ground Haier engineers. 

Haier has a very effective service system; for instance, door to door Mobile Service Vans, 24*7 toll-free helpline and Dr. FIDO Live Chat feature etc. As a result, ensuring a speedy and efficient service solution for its customers across India. The brand has also introduced WhatsApp service support.
